Taken from our "Foundation of Striking vol.2" three and a half hours long instructional video, this is a free flow drill with a simple scenario: one guy feeds at a more or less standard pace, the other guy defends (using the two main defensive structures of STORM R.C.S) and immediately counters. This is NOT sparring, yet it does have sparring elements in it and it is advisable to use protective gear. Keep in mind that you should put a lot of focus on your defense (this is half of the drill), ideally you shouldn't get hit at all, and then proceed to counter-attack. Overwhelming or "finishing" the opponent is not the goal of this drill, just keep flowing between defending and countering. It's not an all-out war, it's a role playing game. You can do it with some power but we don't recommend to overdo it because the educational scope of the drill will be probably lost.
